Certa ProPainters, Ltd., the franchisor of independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters® franchised businesses, is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AVP of CRM/ERP Production Manager and PM. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in steering our company towards operational excellence. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations, you will help define the vision for strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional teams to deliver innovative CRM and ERP solutions that align with our strategic objectives.   • Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Vision & Strategy: Assist in setting the vision for strategic initiatives under senior leadership guidance. Define features that align with business goals and meet the needs of CertaPro Owners, associates, and both residential and commercial customers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement: Work with stakeholders, SMEs, business sponsors, technology partners, and UX leads to enhance front and back-end experiences. Participate in architecture and UX wire reviews.
  • Documentation & Workshops: Solicit requirements, facilitate workshops, and document process flows, visuals/wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Lead stakeholder groups to document features and ensure CRM/ERP solutions meet business requirements and KPIs.
  • Business Process Assessment: Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to conduct assessments and identify business needs and priorities.
  • Process Mapping: Lead and assist in creating business process maps and mock-ups to illustrate processes and customer experiences.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead Discovery and Design Workshops, ensuring all requirements are documented in the Feature Brief.
  • Technical Alignment: Collaborate with Solution Leads to ensure tech design meets acceptance criteria and identifies cross-team dependencies.
  • Final Feature Presentation: Present the final Feature Brief, gain partner alignment, gather approvals, and ensure all artifacts are stored in the feature repository.
  • Communication & Escalation: Act as the primary contact for Operations, IT, and Support stakeholders in escalating issues and ensuring alignment.
  • UAT & Readiness Support: Assist stakeholders, product teams, SMEs, and technology partners during UAT Testing and Business Readiness.
  • Post-Production Support: Facilitate post-production discussions to address functional gaps and required remediation.
  • Performance Measurement: Support stakeholders in measuring performance against expectations and adjusting strategies accordingly.

 

Qualifications/Experience Required

  • Proven track record in CRM/ERP product and project management.
  • 5+ years experience working in service-based franchise model (CertaPro experience a plus)
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to utilize data and research to inform product decisions and measure success
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of the technology and user experience (UX) aspects of the product or products

Location and Travel:

  • This position can be remotely based.
  • This position requires travel to the Corporate Headquarters located in Audubon, PA as well as other areas of North America to participate in meetings and attend trainings.

Hybrid Remote Work Policy:

Employees who live within a 50-mile radius of CertaPro’s Audubon, PA headquarters are subject to the Hybrid Remote Work Policy, which requires them to work from CertaPro’s headquarters every Monday and at least one additional day per week chosen by the employee.  Employees subject to the Hybrid Remote Work Policy are also expected to work at CertaPro’s headquarters on days when there is a Meet the Team event for prospective franchise owners scheduled.
